In this review we go over the Howa H-S Precision chambered in 6.5 PRC. We go over the basic specs and features of the Howa H-S Precision as well as conduct a range test. We use the Hornady 147 eldm factory loads to test the rifle. The rifle performs great and is very accurate so take a look at this review. It is topped with a Vortex Viper hslr 4-16×50 scope which I also reviewed in another video. Was filmed in a safe location. Rifles were safe and unloaded.
