Ruger 22/45 Lite rimfire pistol
The Ruger 22/45 Lite is a .22 LR pistol with a lightweight aluminum receiver and a grip angle similar to a 1911. It is a fun, accurate rimfire plinker and trainer.
Key points
- Lightweight: an aluminum receiver keeps weight down.
- 1911-style grip angle: familiar for 1911 shooters, so it works as a trainer.
- Where to buy: Palmetto State Armory carries the Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite at Palmetto State Armory.
