Wyoming Pronghorn at Long Range
Pronghorn antelope have excellent eyesight and are always on alert, so a hunter often gets just one chance. This hunt in Wyoming came down to patience, a steady rest and a single well-placed shot at long range. Preparation matters: practice at distance before the season, know your bullet’s trajectory and wind drift, and be sure of your backstop and shot angle.
